資料刪除說明（Copydesk）

Copydesk 是一隅科技的內部發文工具，只用來管理我們自己擁有的 Threads、Instagram、Facebook 粉絲專頁帳號。
我們可能保存的、和你有關的資料只有兩種：

1. 你在我們的貼文底下留的言：你的公開使用者名稱、留言內容、時間。
2. 我們的人員在 Threads 上看過、記錄下來的你的公開貼文：貼文網址、你的公開使用者名稱、內容摘要。

這些資料保存到我們不再需要，或你要求刪除為止。

如何要求刪除

1. 寄信到 contact@yiyutech.co，主旨寫「資料刪除申請」。
2. 信裡寫上你的使用者名稱與平台（例如：Threads @你的帳號）。如果只想刪除特定留言或貼文，附上連結更好。
3. 我們會在收到後 30 天內處理：刪除 Copydesk 裡和你有關的留言與貼文紀錄，完成後回信通知你。

說明

• 刪除的是 Copydesk 裡的紀錄。你在 Threads、Instagram、Facebook 上的留言或貼文本身不受影響，要刪除請在該平台上操作。
• 我們已經回覆你的內容，是發布在我們自己帳號上的貼文；如果你希望我們刪除那則回覆，也可以在同一封信裡提出。
• Copydesk 不收集密碼、私訊、付款資料或身分證件。

Data Deletion Instructions (Copydesk) — English version

Copydesk is YIYU Tech's internal publishing tool, used only for Threads, Instagram and Facebook Page accounts we own.
The only data about you it may hold:

1. Comments you left on our posts: your public username, the comment text and time.
2. Your public posts that our staff viewed and noted on Threads: the post URL, your public username and a short summary.

This data is kept until we no longer need it or until you ask us to delete it.

To request deletion

1. Email contact@yiyutech.co with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your username and platform (e.g. Threads @yourname); links to specific comments or posts help.
3. We handle requests within 30 days of receipt: we delete the related comment and post records in Copydesk and reply to confirm.

Deletion applies to records in Copydesk. Your comments or posts on Threads, Instagram or Facebook are not affected; delete them on the platform itself.
